Always read the Terms of Service as well, with anything you sign up to. Such circumstances are detailed in there and you actually didn't have a legal stance on what their actions were. Within the contract states that they can suspend a site without prior notice, as well as the reasons for such.
Anyways, glad everything worked out for you. But always remember to read the Terms of Service or so, with any company before signing away your word.
