Way to go.
So, when the power outage happened yesterday, I wasn't too thrilled, but only because I had projects I was supposed to be working on that required a host for. I have ten domains, all for different sites, on my one shared hosting server.
However, I'm really proud of the Surpass staff for the way they handled themselves with the power outage(s?). Removed and HDdan were particularly helpful in my case. I understand these things happen, and after the professional way in which they handled themselves, I'm going to say that I don't feel they owe me anything for lost business. I recommend Surpass. Have a good day. ![]() Mike B SH103 User |

I am glad that the administrators here have given detailed explanations of what went on. I appreciate that. I plan on staying with Surpass regardless of the downtime or what I possibly lose. I have backups of my website on my computer so I am not worried about losing any key files.
With the low prices and quality customer service, a short loss isn't worth changing web hosts. Thanks Surpass.
