I know I have posted here before about your service but I just wanted to make another post to say...
THANK YOU!  I know we have our ups and downs but you guys always come though for me no matter how upset I am at the given moment. No matter how rude I may be to you guys sometimes you still stand by me and get the problem solved and the websites back up! Awesome uptime and I am very thankful for that.

I would have to agree with you on this one. I have been pretty ticked off when things break, but the support team always manages to cool my jets before a meltdown occurs. The same can not be said for all of my previous hosts...
