So frustrated right now...
I hate the ticket system! It takes forever to get even the most basic things resolved and it always seems the more important you stress to them the issue is (ie: site down for almost 24hrs), the longer it takes to get any action. I use to love Surpass but my experience has been really going down hill the past 6 months or so. I would feel so much better if you had a phone number we could call, or live chat, or any effective way to get a hold of someone now!

Everybody has noticed their ticket support lacking.
They need to get on the ball. Fastest way to get support nowdays it seems is to submit a ticket and then bitch on the forum and post the ticket ID. |

Make sure you aren't bumping tickets (replying to them asking for an update or trying to put it to the top of the list). How the software is designed is when an update is added to a ticket it sends it to the bottom of the queue.

The only 'bump' I gave it was after waiting 17 hours without a response. I understand how the system works but how long should I be required to wait while my site is down for a simple response as to what I'm waiting for.
