Thumbs up Looking for a host that you can trust?

Fact 1: I have hosted my sites with Surpass everyday since 2004 - not one complaint - not one.

Fact 2: Uptime greater than 99.99% - works for my clients and it works for me.

Fact 3: I am not a fanboy (person).

Fact 4: Security awareness: they patch quickly and they patch often and they alert via rss, for eg: Joomla automated installs - security updates

Fact 5: If you are considering getting into Joomla or Mambo, the one click install included here is THE best way to get your clients up and running in minutes not days

Fact 6: Can't stress fact 5 enough - A fully functional Joomla site for clients in minutes versus days - has been a major pitching plus for me. When you tell the client the database will be up and running within an hour of getting the domain name etc etc

Fact 7: Since I have hosted with Surpass my bandwidth and space plan has doubled - plan cost remained the same.

Fact 8: When I had difficulty making a payment in between contracts recently, they smiled and gave me the extra time to get it together - looking after the little guy - (My clients never had to know - thanks Sulema F!!!)

Fact 9: Four years ago I prudently started on a simple plan to test the waters - Surpass were recommended by a university webmaster in Australia. After six months when I was ready to go to the next level, the migration was automated, seamless and painless.

Fact 10: If your business cannot justify one of Surpass's dedicated server plans yet and you have been spooked about shared hosting because of horror stories you've read, give Surpass a go $6 per month risk outlay and prepare to be pleasantly surprised. I was realistic with my planning and then upgraded when I had the business requirement and therefore the business case. They will grow with you.

I know it sounds biased to SO totally recommend Surpass, but that has been my honest experience. Surpass ARE the real deal. Domain names at godaddy and host at Surpass - it's been a no-brainer winning combination for me.

One more thing, I live in Australia so you can't get much further away geographically and I am yet to experience a delay in service. I wish our local phone company was as fast as Surpass support.

Ok two - two more things, if Surpass's karma was a 70's rock star, they would be George Harrison.
