Good Support
After some disappointments with WHMCS support (sometimes I wonder why you choose to be partner with them and not others), I think It is quite fair to write in this section of surpass forum about why I choose Surpass Hosting.
I have several candidates and I ask things (many many stupid things) from different email account and beside surpass competitive price (not the cheapest) for fresh starter like me ... Surpass Hosting has a good support (the best so far), I like how they response my question and the response time also (the fastest I got is 3 minutes). Keep the good jobs.
