Ok, I have been with surpass for over 2.5 yrs! I have had many different accounts with them.
- Started a shared account with them - Moved to a reseller account - Created A Dedicated Server for a different site (later cancelled) - Started a new shared package for another site And now I have just purchased a Dedicated Server. I would like to thank Dan A. and Marc for working with me on getting an amazing, amazing quote!! I was about to leave as I couldn't afford it, but they worked with me and it is all great now! I can't wait to move all my sites just one dedicated server. Their support is great!! You guys reply very quickly, and this forum is fantastic! Very fast replies Uptime is great, there has been some rough patches, but we work together to fix it!! And now with the new live chat coming soon, I can't wait!Plus this is the only hosting company I know that have a sense of humor and are friendly! Unlike hosts who are sometimes rude when I ask a simple question (it may be simple to them, but not to me :P) But Surpass has just been great. So lastly, thanks again surpass!! You have been great!
