Huzzah for Tech Support!
This morning, things were looking rather grim for the people of nzboards.com...they found every click to be like wading through 4 feet of glue.
After a quick glance at the Server Loads going through the roof, and as we are on a Shared server, I submitted a Supprt Ticket. Within 10 minutes, I had a response from Eman, who advised he was looking into it. Immediately, the Loads dropped below 1. They have been reasonable since then too. Party On! Thank you, thank you, thank you!
