Huzzah for Tech Support!

This morning, things were looking rather grim for the people of nzboards.com...they found every click to be like wading through 4 feet of glue.

After a quick glance at the Server Loads going through the roof, and as we are on a Shared server, I submitted a Supprt Ticket.

Within 10 minutes, I had a response from Eman, who advised he was looking into it.

Immediately, the Loads dropped below 1.

They have been reasonable since then too.

Party On!
