Keeping It Real

Hello,

I have been hosting domains for about 4 years. Over that time my need for space and services has continued to increase. I tried 6 reseller hosting companies. I found they were unable to meet my needs. Sometimes it was service, others price and still others features. Finding a company that is the perfect fit for me may never happen but I will continue to look. I expect I will be labeled selfish and greedy but the truth is the growth of my company is priority number one to me. Everything I do in regards to my company must be positive. That is not to say mistakes and poor judgment are not my friends at times - well eventually they prove to be of value.

So, that brings me to Surpass Hosting. **** if I can say they are the best hosting company out there. What I can say is my experience and relationship with them.

In the approximately 9 months I have been with them I have been relatively satisfied. There have been some issues, most of which were resolved to my satisfaction. Some things I find annoying but I cannot do anything about them.

And most recently, I was strongly affected by the server woes. I felt anger and frustration and I received the same from some of my clients. In a world of instant gratification anything short of "now" is unacceptable to many.

However, things happen, some man made, others man made too Thing is, I do not know how long I will stay with Surpass but today I am here and I expect I will be tomorrow as well. Reason being, they are as dedicated to making their business succeed as I am and that is the kind of company I want looking after my stuff on a day to day bases.

Maybe not a glowing report or endorsement but I wanted to keep it real. For me Surpass for the most part are truly interested in me. If I dumped my mate or my kid or my cable company or my employees every time there was a problem I think it would only be a matter of time before I fired myself too.

I want my clients to believe in me and to stand with me when even though they have concerns and this last time they did. And, I now I stand with Surpass. They will be billing my credit card again on the first of August. And in a couple months they may be setting me up a dedicated server.

Should you pay your hard earned money to Surpass to host your site? If you are asking me I say go for it.

Thanks

My name is Croc aka Paul and I approve this message
