Why I Stay

I've been with surpass for so long now that I can't even remember when I signed up. It's been over a year now I know, maybe close to 2 years now???

anyhow, during this time I"ve said very little on the forums, oh I"ve participated, but not alot. When I found surpass, I was tired of being ripped off and getting very little for it. I needed things like mysql and php and loved cpanel. I was hoping to find a hosting company that accepted paypal and then I found surpass.

I have to say I've been nothing less than happy with them. I've always had helpful and quick tech service, and great server status. I've not had alot of down time so I guess I've been one of the lucky ones. Even with what's been going on this last week I was hardly down.

I now have a reseller account that I absolutely love. I wouldn't trade it for anything. you can bet I'm not going anywhere. where else can you get as much space and features as surpass offers for a merely 20 bucks a month and that doesn't even count the fact that you get another account for your own personal site.

Kayla has to be one of the nicest reprentatives I've ever dealt with and not to mention Josh and Erik. These people work hard as hell and they have a lovely disposition all the way through. who could ask for more?

Silkie. I haven't been here for all that long, but the support is great. I just came accross this post on another forum and was stunned. I haven't figured out what the bad things are yet. We've had our problems with pass7 being blacklisted, but it didn't take long to get it off the spammer list. Tech support has been great!! Keep up the good work Surpass.
