Wonderful Hosting!
I know I posted this on another thread, but I'll elaborate a little more on here.
When my co-admin and I looked to resurrect our site, we hoped to find a good hosting deal. The previous plan we had included 250 MB of storage and 5 GB of bandwidth among other things. Their support was mediocre at best, and they were paying $7 a month for their plan. In addition, they were getting eaten alive by the domain name costs ($35/year). When we brought the site back, we got a good deal on our domain name, then purchased the Lite plan from Surpass. The Lite plan gives us 4x the storage of the other place and 3x the bandwidth of the other place for half the cost per year! Furthermore, we've experienced minimal downtime (Even during the hurricane, something that would've caused the other hosting to go down for ages). We're very happy with the service, and don't intend to shop around again when we're up to renew our plan.
