Over time, as my site grew in size, I had two relocations to new servers.

In the first move, Kayla (the head forum moderator) patiently handled it with over 15 PMs to me. The way she would give me personal attention to my problems was incredible, and the knowledge she had on the problem was excellent. She wasn't like other host's support (who just copy/paste from their faq). I was having a lot of trouble in the move, and she would constantly be checking the site and worked with me nonstop until the problem was fixed. I was never left hanging, with my website down. I was amazed, and believed support like this couldn't happen twice.

What do you know? I have to get moved again because my site has grown larger. I get contacted this time by Emmanuel, the head support leader of Surpass. I was going on vacation the day I got the email, and told him I will get back to him in a week. Instead of just shutting my site down, he let it run; and waited for my return where he personally moved all my files and 300 megabyte mySQL database!

He told me to give him the order number of the payment, and I told him that I was having some trouble with the order at 2co.com. He patiently waited a couple of days for me to fix the problem instead of shutting my site until he recieved the order number.

That said, Surpass is a hosting company that is grows with your site, and is there to serve your needs personally. The level of personal support you recieve at Surpass is bar none. My site has grown very large, and surpass has helped me both times.

Surpass is the best hosting company I have ever used, bar none.
