When you first see the prices that Surpass offer their Hosting at, you may think that you'll be given the hosting and left alone in the dark for the price you pay. As this is what you usually get with many low-priced hosting services.

However, after around 2 weeks of using the Surpass Hosting and Domain services, I am throughly impressed.

The few problems I had turned out to be due to my own misunderstanding and I was helped out almost instantly. And when upgrading my account, the change was made very fast and my old billing was cancelled straight away.

The customer service is great and you can recieve help through many different ways.

In all, I seriously recommend Surpass for newcomers to the website industry and also experts, as there are so many features available through the Surpass servers.
