Favorite CSS editor?

Anyone have a favorite CSS editor?

I'm using TopStyle Pro, but I don't think I dig it that much.

EDIT: And tonight I am leaving the world of Windows again (hopefully forever), so I guess I need a Mac recommendation.

Windows is better than Mac :P, I use topstyle lite, topstyle pro is too much when i hand code it all myself.

Have just got myself on the preorder for the new adobe suite though and dreamweaver looks like it deals with it much better

Glad to see you're moving back to Mac!

I recommend CSSEdit if you don't mind paying a small price. It's the best. Simple CSS doesn't seem that bad for a free CSS authoring program.

Or TextWrangler. One of these days, I'm going to break down and buy TextMate.
