Calling CSS gurus

Strange CSS problem ...

The page renders perfectly in Firefox, but sometimes does not in IE, including IE7. Most times it does just fine.

When it displays wrong, the DIV that contains the menu ends up outside (to the right) of the DIV that contains it. As soon as you hover over the misplaced menu it moves where it belongs.

The site is here: http://www.HorseBarnUSA.com

A screenshot is attached that shows the problem.

Any ideas????
