Well I went ahead and contacted WHMCS support which replied to my ticket within 5 minutes and told me how to go forward with canceling my lease license to the surpass owned license. Excellent support over there, I mean seriously how many companies answer a support ticket within 5 minutes.
Nice job ![]()

Now...
If only WHMCS had the ability to import ALL the data about your packages, not just the names... so you could modify them and re-propagate them to all your servers... I asked for this type of feature in a support ticket, but Matt said there is no demand... But imagine, those of us who started long ago without any such management tool. Now we have all these packages, and no real way to compare them, without editing them one at a time on the WHM screen.... It would be way cool if you could import and compare that data in WHMCS... and then push it back out to all your servers!

I'd also like to be able to create multiple year options on domains without having to create each option one by one.
It is tedious to do every registry term individually. |
