well whats odd is I HAD it working patty..
then I goto change the license and then it stops working and how can all of a sudden it stops working for no good reason.. either is the software or the server.. and untill I can prove it either way, I am working both sides.. so far surpass has got my ticket sitting in level 3 support with no answer.... which means this is REALLY big somehow.. or they dont have a clue or are not even looking into it. I have talked to matt and we have gone through everything and its not calling out to his server for the license.. MJ |

So it does look like a problem at Surpass end. If it was on their side, Matt would have found it and fix it. He's very good and helpful.
I just installed WHMCS very easily with no problems at all. License is good, email is good, all fine. Superb program! ![]()

and since I know what his curl script does for the admin area, I understand why he is doing that.. |

MJ - I have the same problem (license couldn't be verified). The WHMCS team hasn't gotten back to me on it yet but this might be a Surpass problem. Please let us know when you get an answer from support.

I was hoping this would have been an easy addition, 1, 2 3. Maybe once the first problems get sorted out it will be smooth sailing from there.

Like your new title ("Director of Community").
I am sure once you get this smoothed out so that servers can call out to WHMCS' licensing server and new reseller servers have IonCube installed by default, it really will be as easy as 1, 2, 3. If anyone can do it, the Surpass team can! ![]()

I opened a ticket of my own
and the clever Surpass admins did get the curl test script to work. I've also been in touch with Matt and have reopened my ticket over at WHMCS. I'll post any resolution here.
