Don't forget to configure Support Departments using that account. That should do it.
Okay...
It seems to be working. I can e-mail it and it created a support ticket, but when I reply (via e-mail) to a ticket (after one of the support ticket people respond and try to elaborate or something) it's not added into the database...

OK. Matt provided a solution, thanks to the clever work of Surpass admin Rahiman who figured out this was a time out issue. Simply add a time out of 20 at the end of the log in URL: login.php?overidetimeout=20 Works like a charm.

This is a connectivity issue that is hopefully temporary. If it isn't, Matt says he'll implement a permanent fix.

That happened to me too and the issue was the emails were being received but somehow blocked by WHMCS. Check your Ticket Mail Import Log in Utilities. There you might find the reason why the email didn't make it and then you can correct whatever is wrong.

A suggestion for Kayla: how about opening a section just for WHMCS? This way we can help each other with installation and configuration issues, since I bet there will be a lot of threads about WHMCS from now on. Mine is up and running and already customized with the new layout of my site.

I second Patty's suggestion. Now that this is a "standard" reseller feature, there should be a WHMCS section.
