I found out the templating one... CSS doesn't seem to cooperate with smarty...

But for the e-mail one, should I use Ticket Importing using Email Forwarders OR Ticket Importing using POP3 Import (Requires IMAP installed on server)...
I tried the latter one, but it gives me an error

This is pretty sweet. I'll definently have to try it out since Lpanel has taken a turn in the wrong direction.

The downtime and the support. Otherwise I really like their product. It's easy to find the options I want and its powerful, but simple at the same time. I got my license through a reseller so I'm still only paying $13 a month.

You could always contact the sales department and see if they would cut you a deal on additional licenses for your customers. Not free, but maybe a better price than you'd get on your own.
