To those who have had a problem getting the license:
The sign up depends on a) if the domain points to an IP list we provide WHMCS and finally b) your account status in Modernbill -if your account is active, suspended, or deleted. (Because if the account is ok, a record is created there that states you have received a license, for our records) So the problem is if you are not in our new system, the license will not go through. :[ The ModernBill check was a secondary security addition which I just found out about. In a nutshell: If you have an account in client.surpasshosting.com, you'll have no issue receiving the license. If you are not in that system yet and you know you are in the old WHM AP system, then we will need a few more days to get coding done for that, and I will let you know when it is done. If you have a dedicated server or VPS - you will not have any issue getting the license because one license is free to be issued per IP, and no checks are made in our billing systems.

Change of plans - I hope this is ok:
Since we need to finish migrations into ModernBill as it is - we are going to have to ask that if you get the error, to please open a ticket in accounting, to request a migration to ModernBill. Please title the email - WHM CS - Migration Needed I have emailed our accounting division with the details of this. Once your account is moved into MB and deleted in WHM AP, you can request the license again and it will work fine - plus you'll be in the new system. Luckily we have been using ModernBill for over 2 years now - but many clients are still in the WHM AP, and it's a rather large amount.
