Issues Importing
anyone having problems import accounts?
i have WHM CS installed on server B and need to import accounts from server A... i contacted WHM CS already, in which they told me i needed to open port 2086 to BOTH incoming and outgoing allowed ports. They showed me this: http://support.whmcs.com/knowledgeba...&catid=8&id=34 and that was exact error i was getting. so i contacted Surpass support about the ports, well about 14 hours ago, they told me it should work but it didn't so i sent them login information and the works but they haven't gotten back to me and it's been 14 hours already (which is weird because support has ALWAYS been quick). anyone have any other solutions? |
