Anybody else getting this?
Did you create your departments? I think they're case sensitive too.

yep, support department is set up
at least one administrator is assigned to the support department.

there is some discussion about this on the WHMCS forum, but annoyingly no-one ever comes back and says what the solution was

Hmm.

I set up this pipe thing today. It's not working. I can send in an email, and I get the email at the support address, but not to the ticket system...

aahhh..

thats the problem..

the email piping is using a forwarder, not an actual email address... the forwarder goes into the actual "department" and then forwards off into lala land of the program..

the forwarder information is in the email part of the config > departments..

that piping info goes into the forwarder info in the creating a forwarder in cpanel.

Umm, what?

you can have an email address that exists and is also forwarded... at least I've done it before...

ok

in cpanel > mail > forwarders

your email address assuming it would be support..

in the piping info below

php -q /home/username/public_html/whmcs/pipe/pipe.php

now in whmcs..

you create the department, lets say support..

and the email address would be supportyourdomain.com

and hopefully it should be forwarded properly...
