this software whmcs...
it is said that you can not use the pop method on cpanel but only the pipe method... how does one set it up so the damned thing works, and brings in the tickets via cron jobs, into the support system?? MJ |

In cPanel, click Mail
Click on Forwarders Then add one Like whatever yourdomain.com and in the box after the >>> put:| php -q /home/username/public_html/more_path_stuff/whmcs/pipe/pipe.php |

yep, that's what I've done
But all my test emails show in the Utilities > Ticket Mail Import Log as "Department not found" Anybody else getting this?
