IonCube error in whmcs

Site error: the file /home/blah/public_html/hosting/register.php requires the ionCube PHP Loader ioncube_loader_lin_5.1.so to be installed by the site administrator.

Is there somethign I can do about this? It seems this has happened after the server was reset, it was working before... I want to check out what you think before submitting a support ticket...

Nevermind, I see it's as easy as adding the ionCube folder to the install, no need for php settings to be changed.

If ionCube should work serverwide a line need to be added into the servers php.ini file, and the correct .so files have to be uploaded to the server too.
(matching the installed php-version)

I can see it's asking for ioncube file for use in a php5 inviroment. Maybe the server only have files for php4 installed and You are using php5 for Your scripts.

Please contact support - they can fix this within 5 minutes or less.
