I'm having the same trouble. I've uploaded, tried, messed with Ioncube for far too long, thought I'd ask here in case anyone knows any tricks.

Yep, I'd been through the installation a few times, also with different versions. I'll submit a ticket over there, good idea.

I submitted a ticket there, but it seems I was doing everything right. I submitted a ticket here at Surpass, there was some corrupt php.ini, they fixed it, I'm all set. Thanks!
