WHMCS & Ioncube Help!

The instructions are confusing, I'm not really a coder, so I dont know what to do, I have followed instructions and when i try to go to install it says i need a file to be installed on the server, which it is.

http://crunchyhost.com/clients/install/install.php this link should take me to the WHMCS setup but it doesnt.

Please help me!

"ionCube PHP Loader ioncube_loader_lin_4.4.so" is this file within those files?

Uh...

The ionCube folder is in "crunchyhost.com/www/clients/install/ioncube"

Do I need to move it?

That's odd...if it's there it should work? But its saying that it needs to be installed...hmmm.

All I have done is move the folder to there, is there anything else I need to do?

Should I download ionCube again and upload it?

Did you go to the link? If so and still nothing...try re-uploading it. Tell me what happens.

Yes, sorry i was confused which one do i need to do?

Im not sure whether I have access or not. I cannot find the php.ini file and when i click the other link for no access it says Loader was not installed.
