Server Status Page

With my server status page it says "not available" for server load and uptime.

Is this disabled on reseller accounts?

When I go directly to the server page... I get this error...

"Warning: exec() has been disabled for security reasons"

Any ideas?

I contacted support and this is what they said...

"We currently do not support shell() or exec() on our servers."

How did you guys get it enabled on your servers? I'm assuming you're on a reseller account also?

No, I am on a shared account. If you read the entire thread you will see how it is done. Of course you can always just go into cPanel and view the status.

Yes, like Sentinel said you can check your server status within your Cpanel. Just scroll to the bottom of the left menu and you'll see a link for it there. I'm not sure if it gives as much info, but it should be enough.

I did read the entire thread and you said...

They won't do anything with the ini file in another directory.

I know you can check the server status in cPanel, I just want it to be viewable without being logged.

Hmm. Then my apologies. There must be a fundamental difference between how shared and reseller servers are set up then because that is all I did.

Is it possible to send me your php.ini file? All I have to do is drop it into a new directory right?
