WHMCS installation problem

I’m having too much problem for installing WHMCS in my server. I’ve followed each and every step as mentioned in the helping manuals and other documents provided with the software as well as on the internet. I'm 100% confirm that my server has all the features that are required to install and run WHMCS including the CURL and giving permissions to the required files. Still I’m having problem to run the system from the server. I’ve reissued the license couple of times to check whether the problem is due to it but its useless.

I’ve successfully installed and run the WHMCS system in my local computer with the windows version of ioncube decoder and it works perfectly without any problems but here I am with the problem while running the same system in the server.

I would suggest opening up a support ticket. They should be able to help you and possibly assist you in installing WHMCS.

Also you could try the support over at WHMCS.com they are really fast with their response time.

Actually we have an agreement with WHMCS as to they are to provide all of the support for installation and what not. We are simply giving out the software as a courtesy. Please visit http://support.whmcs.com/submitticke...p=2&deptid=004 if you wish to get assistance from WHMCS.
