Problems with domain search in WHMCS!

Hello, I have a big problem with my WHMCS when my costumers search for available domains.
The problem is only with .com domain. Every domain when they search if it is available the system says that is available for registration even the domain is already taken.
What can be the problem? And how can I solve it?

Hm, not to sure about this one, but I would submit a ticket to the help desk and also try looking into the forums/support over at whmcs.com too.
