Can't Upgrade?
So i've been getting a lot of spam via the contact form/tickets on WHM CS, i'm thinking its because i need to upgrade but everytime i try to upgrade i get the following the message:
"Upgrades have expired for this license. Please go back to renew your support/upgrades." We have lifetime licenses right, as long as we are hosted at Surpass? Not sure if this is Surpass side or WHMCS side... anyone else have this problem? |

Yes, you should. I'm pretty sure I've seen this problem before with another client, just not sure what the solution was, but I would highly suggest submitting a ticket to the helpdesk. They'll more then likely talk to WHMCS support for you, so you can kill two birds with one stone. =)

It's easily fixed, I just don't know where (like Roxy said). File a ticket at the help desk.. they may direct you to the WHMCS support site
